UK registered or international businesses purchasing in volume, retailers stocking wellness solutions, and other bulk buyers. We verify Companies House or VAT registration as part of the application.

Is there a minimum order value or MOQ?

No minimum on standard trade orders. The deeper bulk-pricing tiers kick in by SKU quantity, not order value — so a single high-volume SKU still unlocks the trade price.

Do you ship outside of the UK?

Yes, we ship to all countries worldwide. Customs paperwork and harmonised codes are handled on our side; International transit times vary and are dependant on country and order quantity.

How long does approval take?

Typically 1–2 business days once we have your documents. We email you the moment your account is live, with login details for the trade portal.

Can I order on invoice?

Card payment at checkout is the default. Invoice-on-account is available on request after your first two settled orders, subject to a brief credit check.

How long does order processing take?

Order processing on UK wholesale orders are completed same day if placed before cut off. International orders vary but typically between 2-5 business days.
