Nadura Wellness Ltd | Effective 10 September 2026
These Terms and Conditions govern use of NaduraWellness.com and purchases from Nadura Wellness Ltd. Please read them before ordering. The Cookie Policy, Privacy Policy, Refund and Returns Policy and Shipping Policy also apply.
You must be aged 18 or over and legally capable of entering a contract to place an order. You must provide accurate information and must not purchase or use a product where doing so would breach law, product restrictions or the supplied instructions. We may carry out proportionate age, identity, fraud or professional-status checks and may refuse or cancel an order where a check is not completed satisfactorily.
Product descriptions, packaging, images and availability may change. Colours and appearance may vary by screen or production batch. Read the current label, instructions, warnings, ingredients, storage conditions, expiry information and intended-use information supplied with the product; these take priority over general website content where they are more specific or more recent.
A product’s legal and regulatory status depends on its composition, presentation, intended purpose and applicable law. Nothing on the website should be understood as reclassifying a product or removing any legal restriction that applies to its sale, supply, administration or use.
We do not promise that a product will achieve a particular personal, clinical, aesthetic, fitness, wellbeing or performance result. Individual outcomes and tolerability vary. General testimonials, reviews, photographs and educational content do not guarantee the same outcome for another person and must not replace individual professional assessment.
Injectable products involve inherent risks. Website content and customer-service communications provide general product information only. They are not medical advice, diagnosis, a prescription, a clinical consultation or a substitute for advice from an appropriately qualified healthcare professional who knows the user’s circumstances.
Before purchasing or using an injectable product, the user must obtain advice from an appropriately qualified healthcare professional about whether the product and route of administration are suitable for them. Injectable products must be administered only in accordance with the label and supplied instructions and by a person who has the appropriate training, competence and, where required, professional authorisation. A customer must not use a product if packaging or a tamper-evident seal is damaged, if the product appears compromised, if it has expired, or if required storage conditions have not been maintained.
The user and administrator must consider allergies, sensitivities, current medicines or supplements, existing conditions, pregnancy or breastfeeding, previous reactions and any other factor identified by the label or healthcare professional. Nadura Wellness does not assess clinical suitability through the website checkout. A completed order is not confirmation that a product is appropriate for a particular person.
The purchaser is responsible for ensuring that any intended user or administrator receives the label, instructions, warnings and storage information before use. A trade or professional purchaser is also responsible for its own clinical assessment, professional obligations, record keeping, consent, insurance, training, infection-control procedures, sharps disposal and compliance with applicable law and professional standards.
Products must not be altered, diluted, mixed, decanted, relabelled, repackaged, shared or used with another product or device except where the product’s authorised instructions expressly permit it. Needles and other single-use components must never be reused or shared. Used sharps must be placed immediately in an appropriate sharps container and disposed of through a lawful route.
If an unexpected reaction or complication occurs, stop use and seek prompt advice from an appropriate healthcare professional. Call NHS 111 for urgent advice or 999 in a medical emergency. Do not rely on email or website messaging for urgent medical assistance. Once urgent needs are addressed, report the concern to hello@nadurawellness.com and retain the product, packaging and batch details where safe.
An order is an offer to buy. Automated acknowledgement confirms receipt but does not mean acceptance. A contract is formed when we send a dispatch confirmation, unless we expressly state otherwise. We may reject or cancel an order before acceptance because of unavailable stock, pricing or description errors, failed payment, suspected fraud, delivery restrictions, eligibility concerns, legal or safety obligations, or an event outside our reasonable control. If payment has been taken for a cancelled order, we will refund it.
Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. The total payable is displayed at checkout. We may correct an obvious pricing error before accepting an order and will give the customer the opportunity to proceed at the correct price or cancel. Payment is processed through the methods shown at checkout. The customer confirms that they are authorised to use the selected method.
Where a product is offered as a subscription, the product page and checkout will state the price, delivery frequency and any minimum commitment before purchase. By starting a subscription, the customer authorises us and our payment provider to charge the selected payment method automatically for each renewal until the subscription is cancelled, expires or is terminated.
Promotions are subject to their stated dates, eligibility, stock and product restrictions. Unless stated otherwise, discount codes cannot be combined, exchanged for cash, applied retrospectively or used on delivery charges or excluded products. We may cancel or correct a promotion affected by an obvious error, fraud or misuse. If a qualifying order is returned, the Refund and Returns Policy governs any recalculation of bundle savings or free gifts.
Delivery is governed by our Shipping Policy. For consumers, risk normally passes when the goods come into the physical possession of the consumer or a person identified by them, subject to the legal exception for a carrier commissioned independently by the consumer. Ownership passes when we receive payment in full and the goods are delivered.
Our Refund and Returns Policy applies. Nothing in these terms limits statutory rights relating to faulty, unsafe, misdescribed or unfit goods, or mandatory online cancellation rights.
Customers must follow any recall, field safety notice, stop-use request or batch investigation communicated by us, a manufacturer, supplier or competent authority. This may include stopping administration, quarantining remaining products, preserving packaging and batch details, identifying onward recipients, returning or safely disposing of products and providing information reasonably required for the investigation. We may contact customers about safety regardless of marketing preferences.
A purchaser acting wholly or mainly for business purposes confirms that it has the competence, registrations, permissions, insurance, facilities, policies and trained personnel required for its activities. It is independently responsible for determining whether it may lawfully purchase, possess, advertise, supply, recommend or administer a product and for meeting professional, consent, record-keeping, infection-control, storage, traceability, pharmacovigilance or vigilance and waste-disposal duties that apply to it.
A trade customer must preserve batch traceability and must not remove or obscure labels, warnings, expiry dates, serial numbers or batch information. It must promptly pass safety information and recall instructions to any person or business to whom it supplied an affected product. Unless we have expressly authorised resale in writing, purchase does not grant distribution, marketplace, export or relabelling rights.
Users must not misuse the website; attempt unauthorised access; introduce malicious code; scrape or reproduce substantial content without permission; interfere with the website or another user; submit false reviews or information; or use the website for unlawful, fraudulent or harmful activity. We may suspend access or accounts and report suspected unlawful activity where appropriate.
The website and its text, design, branding, images, graphics and other content are owned by or licensed to Nadura Wellness and are protected by intellectual-property law. Content may be viewed and used for personal, non-commercial shopping purposes. No other licence is granted without prior written permission.
A person submitting a review or other content confirms that it is accurate, lawful, based on genuine experience, does not infringe another person’s rights and does not contain confidential, defamatory, discriminatory, harmful or misleading material. The person grants us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, reproduce and display that content for operating and promoting our business, subject to data-protection law. We may moderate or remove content where reasonably necessary.
We do not exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful to do so. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence; fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; liability for damage caused by a defective product where it cannot lawfully be excluded; and statutory consumer rights.
Subject to the paragraph above, Nadura Wellness is not responsible for loss or injury to the extent caused by a user’s failure to follow product instructions or warnings; unsuitable or unauthorised administration; lack of appropriate competence, assessment or supervision; misuse, contamination, alteration or combination with another substance; incorrect storage or disposal after delivery; use after expiry; continued use after an adverse reaction; failure to seek appropriate healthcare advice; or the act or omission of an independent healthcare professional or other third party. This clause applies only to the extent the relevant cause was outside our reasonable control and the exclusion is lawful and fair.
For consumers, we are responsible for losses that are a foreseeable result of our breach of contract or failure to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for business losses suffered by a consumer. For a business customer, subject to liabilities that cannot be limited, our total liability arising from an order will not exceed 100% of the amount paid for that order, and we will not be liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, revenue, business, anticipated savings, data, goodwill or opportunity.
We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by an event outside our reasonable control. We will take reasonable steps to reduce the effect and will contact affected customers where appropriate. If there is a substantial delay, applicable cancellation and refund rights remain available.
We may update the website and these terms for legal, safety, operational or commercial reasons. The terms in force when an order is placed normally govern that order, unless a change is required by law or agreed with the customer. The effective date appears above.
We may transfer our rights and obligations where this does not reduce a consumer’s rights. A customer may transfer rights only with our written agreement or where law permits. If a provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue. A delay in enforcing a right does not waive it.
Except where these terms expressly state otherwise, a person who is not a party to the contract has no right to enforce it under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999.
These terms and any dispute are governed by the law of England and Wales. A consumer resident in Scotland or Northern Ireland may also benefit from mandatory local rights and may bring proceedings in the courts available under applicable consumer law. Business customers agree that the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
Contact hello@nadurawellness.com with the order number and a clear description of the issue. We will aim to investigate and respond within a reasonable time. Nothing in this process prevents a customer from using rights or remedies available under law.
